Brief Answer:
Bilateral blepharitis. Clean lid with sterile swab, apply neosporin eye ointment.

Detailed Answer:
It is bilateral blepharitis. It can be allergic inflammation or associated with dandruff in scalp and eyebrow. If so, then apply nizeral solution and followed by nizeral shampoo. Repeat it several times. Clean the eye lids with sterile swab by rubbing to remove the crusts and then apply ofloxacin 0.3% eyedrops 3 times daily. Apply neosporin eye ointment on eye lids, take tablet levocetrizine 5mg daily in the morning.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation by cleaning combs and towel before using them. You will improve slowly and watering will go. Miserable feeling should also go. Ensure that dandruff from scalp and eye will go after using nizral shampoo and solution. Overall hygiene and sanitation is most important for curing the condition. At times it can be associated with seborrheic dermatitis of scalp. In that condition consult dermatologist.
