Each cycle almost 9 to 10 eggs were retrieved & 6 matured - So everytime 5 embryos were transferred. This time egg quality - Grade 2 & last 2 times it was much better as per docter .
Seimen analysis report was absolutely fine .

Brief Answer:
PGD / Donor

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since her is 36 years and she has failed 3 cycles already the time is to go ahead with next step.

The next step would be IVF using donor eggs. If she is insisting on her own eggs, better to go for PGD ( Preimplantation genetic diagnosis) before embryo transfer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. Donor eggs are from a different lady and nothing to do with your sister. There wont be resemblence to mother ( your sister) as there are no genes from her and no role of her.

2. PGD ( Preimplantation genetic diagnosis ) is a process where in embryo biopsy is done and subjected for diagnosis of chromosomal abnormalities.

3. Only best embryos which are reported normal are transferred after the PGD.

4. Surrogacy is a process where embryo are placed in a different women instead of your sister's uterus. This does not seem to be necessary at this stage.

5. Chances are better with donor eggs in your sister's case.

Brief Answer: XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since she is 36 years old, her eggs will not be of good quality. She might be producing eggs but of inferior quality. Hence undergoing repeated failure.

Donor eggs if taken from a young lady has better chances.

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Grade 2 are poor embryos.

Embryos if are good quality the chances of successful pregnancy are high. The implantation issues are less in such cases.

But in IVF 100 percent implantation can never be promised.
