In March'2014, you have confirmed that the diagnosis as Brain Tuberculosis by viewing the MRI scan report and you have continued the same treatment. Recently, again on 24 May'2014, you have done physical examination in Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills.

My compliant: On 25 May'2014, my right hand has shivered from elbow to the palm region and today, i.e. on 26 May'2014, I had numbness and pain from shoulder to the elbow region. Can you please advice or prescribe any medicine regarding this matter.

I am ready to pay you the prescribed fee... either by Bank deposit / or by cash.

Brief Answer:
Levipil and AKT 3 should be continued.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

I have noted your symptoms.

As I remember, you were getting better. Most likely, this pain and numbness are not of concern.

However, if it repeats, the dose of levipil may have to be increased by 500 mg per day.

How much levipil are you taking at present?

Best wishes,

If the numbness, pain or shivering repeats, you can increase the dose of LEVIPIL to 750 mg twice daily. As of now, please continue 500 mg two times daily.
