Brief Answer:
yes it is curable.

Detailed Answer:
Your patient appear to be having acute uti , sepsis and septic shock and he is young. Infections are the most curable thing provided the right antibiotics are given at the right time. Please ask for urine culture sensitivity report , keep a check on the white cell count and blood pressure. If you any doubts about the quality of care in XXXXXXX please shift him to some good hospital in XXXXXXX

Patient is young and young people have good immunity and there is no reason why he should not survive this infection.

Good luck!!

Dear Madam,

His bp is almost negligible and at the same he has got 5 to 6 times heart attack with loss of breadth but by pusshing his chesk the breadth has come back.

The doctors have started giving medocine and gone for many tests. Now he has been put under ventilation. We dont know the level of treatment undergoing but they are telling that they are trying their level best.

Still do you see the hope of survival there under these conditions?

Thanks XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
he looks critical

Detailed Answer:
Ventilation is not the criteria for bad prognosis but if your patient had cardiac arrest few times and needed resuscitation then he appears to be critical but doctor's job is not to give up. And I m sure your doctors might be giving their best shot.
