Brief Answer:
Debride wound, appropriate wound care

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I suggest your vaccination status with regards to Tetanus is up to date, or other wise, you for sure received Anti tetanus serum.

I am afraid you shall certainly need to go to the hospital for appropriate cleaning (debridement) of the wound. The image seen of the third degree wound presents a wound which is not very clean, and the healing would of course be slow. I humbly think that your minor surgical unit, using anesthetics shall clean all the necrotic tissue (whitish/yellowish) tissue off. A good wound that is ready for healing is supposed to be reddish, which is not the case with you. You will realize that when the wound shall be cleaned, you shall start feeling more pain, or the sensation shall come back.

I suggest you see your doctor for a proper review of the wound care. Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
