Brief Answer:
Use mupirocine

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably the burnt area has got infected leading to development of puss.
You can apply a broad spectrum antibiotic cream like mupirocine to be applied twice daily for a week.
Keep the area clean and wash it with normal saline twice daily.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Use any antibacterial cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photograph.

Legally and ethically we are not authorized to give online prescription. You can use any antibacterial cream available over the counter in your country.
The area of involvement is more hence oral antibiotics is required.
Tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily along with an antibacterial cream for a week is sufficient.
Meet a doctor and get these prescribed.
You don't need to meet a dermatologist.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Should have prescribed silver sulfurdiazine 1% No oral antibiotic Not good because if I develop an infection, I will be resistant to that antibiotic

You were correct in telling me to go to my internist who recommended a plastic surgeon. The plastic surgeon advised me to wash twice per day in shower for half hour per day
And then dress wound
He also told me not to go in ocean to swim etc
