cardiac evaluation is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Greetings
I am Dr BR Hudda answering your question

i had gone through your question and i really appreciate your concern.

Sudden onset tightness in chest could be due to a heart problem. By looking at her history, other possibilities could be as following stomach gas due to hyperacidity, stomach infection, muscle spasm in chest, liver infection or hepatitis.

her BP might have reduced due to excessive fluid loss in vomiting.

I would like to know why she has been given penicillin.

please consult a cardiologist to rule out the serious condition firstly by examination and taking an ECG. The doctor can advise her to take antiemetic drug if not retained orally then intravenously to control vomiting. ORS to regulate electrolyte imbalance.

Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for further information i will gladly answer you

wishing you both good health
Regards
