Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and before prescribing the treatment & management aspect do let me know about certain aspect(s):

A. High uric acid in humans can either be due to:

I. Increased uric acid production (true hyperuricemia): alcohol intake, protein rich diet, being overweight, abnormal blood sugar-lipid-thyroid profile, taking less water

II. Decreased uric acid excretion: due to kidney issues, taking certain medications for blood pressure.

PS. which of the following do best describe your origin of symptoms, do revert back for further necessary management.

Thanks for reverting back.

1. Since problem is with diet (protein rich diet) and lifestyle (abnormal weight: age ratio) thus following should be adopted:

a. Diet
take: old brown rice, green gram, masoor, arhar daal, white gourd, phulka ,lukewarm water, shatavri, massage.

PS. If there is any discomfort mix nutmeg powder in coconut oil and massage.

2. as far as weight is concerned do let me know whether you have active or sedentary lifestyle and also check with blood sugar/lipids and thyroid profile for better management of weight, till then brisk walk for half an hour (5 days a week) for 30 minutes is sufficient.

3. Rasmanikya 250 mg
Gandhak rasayan 250 mg
Arogyavardhini vati 2
Guduchi satva 500 mg.. thrice daily with ghee (not to be swallowed)

. Khadirarishta/sarivadyarishta: 25 ml with equal amount of water (after meals).
