Brief Answer:
waitful watch is all needed.Do not panic

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,

I have carefully read your query and understand your concern.

You seem to have incomplete abortion.Generally majority of women complete the process of abortion within 48 hrs of Cytotec administration.

But in few women, this process is individual, and the patient is counseled to expect this. This delay can be as long as 5-7 days in exceptional cases.

Additional doses of Cytotec are needed if the process is incomplete on the scheduled day of examination.Hence you need not worry about it.

You are currently receiving standard treatment protocol and cytotec is relatively a safer drug. However it can cause abdominal cramps in few sensitive individuals, but this need not prompt you to stop the drug altogether.

Abdominal cramps in your case can be managed with tab ibuprofen 800 mg under expert medical supervision.

As of now you need not panic, just wait for the process to be completed and follow your doctor's instructions.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
