Brief Answer:
Management is palliative- transfusion of blood.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Hypoplastic anemia leads to decreased production of blood cels in bone.
There are various causes for hypoplastic anemia like drugs, chemotherapy or idopathic.
Idiopathic is agroup where the causes is unknown or un-identifiable.
In cases where cause is known, removal of cause leads to reversal of symptoms of hypoplastic condition.
However, in idiopathic cases where cause is unknown, treatment is only palliative i.e. infusion of blood to tide over the hypoplastic state.
You need to refer to a hematologist for further management.

Thanks and take care
