Brief Answer:
tell me your thyroid profile instead.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'm,
hi! welcome on HCM board.

You have hypothyroidism, which is auto immune. that is the only message in your query. so we treat hypothyroidism for which you are taking thyronorm 150 mcg.

we do not treat autoimmunity ie the Anti TPO antibodies. so instead of Anti TPO titres tell me your thyroid profile. steroids have no role for hypothroidism or infertility. if TSH & FT4 are normal, infertility or failed IVF may have other reasons and not thyroid disorder to be blamed.

regards!

Sorry I dont know how does it came !

My question to you is :

1) Will Gluten Free Diet (Avoiding Milk & Milk Product & Avoiding Wheat product) will help lowering Anti Thyroid TPO as when I have googled there were many article of the same ?

2) How can I lower my Anti Thyroid... as you said there is no medicines then any natural way ?

3) My TSH is normal as I take Thyronorm 150mcg, Got to know my Thyroid problem since 2003... slowly the medicince dosage got increased from 50 mcg - 75mcg - 100mcg and now 150 mcg.

however my Gynec asked me to go for IVF as my AMH and FSH report was not good ie my egg quality was not good so they asked me to go for Donor egg.

Brief Answer:
continue same treatment in that case.

Detailed Answer:
Dear ma'm, hi!
1. GFD and anti TPO antibody levels have no direct relation. yes, one thing in common is that both are auto immune conditions and often present together.
if you have coeliac disease then definitely it will help not otherwise.
2. with good thyroid control antibody levels do decrease down with time. though there is no follow up of antibodies that we usually keep.
3. As i told you earlier as well, TSH & FT4 , recent value if normal , then continue the same plan but if not get a recent report (not older than 6 weeks ) and let me know.
kindly give me the values, exact report please and then i can interpret the report.
Again I will emphasize, infertility may have other reasons if thyroid is normal. antibodies do not interfere except that they tell you, you have autoimmune profile.
regards!
