Question: my brother has very high thyroid.

Your brothers TSH level is raised it means he is having hypothyroidism for which thyroxine hormone tablets need to be started .

At first his T3 T4 levels also need to be done . And dont worry this is not very high level , it will come down as the treatment will be started .

he is taking thyroxine sodium talbets daily in the morning of 100mg.can u please suggest some diet plan for him?like what shoud he increase in his diet n what should he decrease.and also I would like to know whether these increased levels will lead to gain in weight or will he loose weight?

If he is already taking the medicine you need not worry the levels will settle down.

There are no dietary advise for thyroid problem except he should avoid cabbage . And hypothyroidism always leads to weight gain.
