Brief Answer:
About levothyroxine and pregnancy:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
Before planning a pregnancy you should check TSH level ( if you haven't done it already)sure that the actual dose is correct. TSH level should be under 2.5 mUi/ml in order to to get pregnant and to have a healthy pregnancy.
Once you have a positive pregnancy test, we recommend to increase the levothyroxine dose by 30% because the inquiry during pregnancy are higher.
These are the precautions we suggest to a woman in treatment with levothyroxine who plans a pregnancy.
Hope i have been helpful.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
