Brief Answer:
My advice is to take 15 to 20 grams of a fast-acting carbohydrate.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

People with diabetes get hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) when their bodies don't have enough sugar to use as fuel.

Taking too much medication, skipping meals, eating less than normal, or exercising more than usual can lead to low blood sugar for these individuals.

You may have symptoms when your blood sugar has dropped below 70 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL). When you have had diabetes for many years, you may not always develop symptoms of mild low blood sugar.

Symptoms may include:

Sweating (almost always present).
Nervousness, shakiness, and weakness.
Extreme hunger and slight nausea.
Dizziness and headache.
Blurred vision.
A fast heartbeat and feeling anxious.

If your blood sugar continues to drop (below 40 mg/dL), your behavior may change. Symptoms may include:

Inability to concentrate.
Confusion and irritability.
Slurred speech.
Unsteadiness when standing or walking.
Muscle twitching.
Personality changes, such as anger or crying.

If a patient have severe low blood sugar (usually below 20 mg/dL) the result can be Coma.

Hope I have clarified your doubts. If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask. I would be happy to help.
regards.
