Question: this is XXXXXXX XXXX is there a dr nearer to me that can do laser treatments in mouth my problem is getting worse have spots on my arms w/little black nubs coming out also will medicare cover laser treatments i need help this driving me up a wall is their dr that does lser treatment closer to binghamton ny
