Brief Answer:
please get thorough evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
Thanks for your query.
1. High blood pressure at such a young age needs to be investigated thoroughly for any reversible cause. Hope a thorough work up was done by your physician.
2. It is not OK to have LV dysfunction, even mild only because of hypertension. It speaks of prolonged uncontrolled hypertension. Even occasional atrial fibrillation in holter is not OK. Hence You need to get yourself evaluated thoroughly.
3. If your ambulatory blood pressure was done with medications, then you need to uptitrate these medications also. Occasional skip beat or feeling of heart beat is fine but you must not have any dizziness/ loss of consciousness or blackout associated with it.
4. If your kidney functions tests, blood electrolytes, ultrasound kidneys, urine examination are normal?
5. Need to get yourself evaluated thoroughly by a cardiologist.
Feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
