Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management accordingly

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. I believe the right question here to ask is what is causing his high calcium levels. And that answer should be looked for. usually parathyroid gland hyperactivity, overzealous use of calcium and vitamin D supplements, connective tissue disorders like sarcoids, infections like tuberculosis, medications like lithium or any other psychotropic drug, dehydration and hereditary factors should be sorted out and correlated with the cause.

Calcimimetics, bisphosphonates, diuretics with IV fluids and prednisolone are some of the commonly used medications to help hypercalcemia. Surgical correction by parathyroid gland removal also helps. Drinking plenty of fluids and staying hydrated at most helps. Talk to your doctor and let them decide what is best for you.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
