Why Am I Experiencing A Warm Tingling Sensation To The Left Side Of Both The Upper And Lower Lips?

I am very much stressed out and require an immediate answer ASAP. since yesterday night the left side lower lip feels weird. first of all since i had a neck and jaw muscle tightness and pain i applied amrutanjan to that area and i started feeling a warm tingling sensation to the left side both upper and lower lips. so i immediately washed my face then i started feeling hot flushed feeling in the left side ear upper cheek and lower left side lip. now i feel its swollen , i am so scared and petrified . please help me . i apply hydrocortisone cream when i started feeling the hot flushes and then i wiped it after an hour or maximum one hour 30 minutes .

After gargling my mouth with salt water I immediately applied sebamed lip balm now I feel that my lower lips the left side is slightly swollen . Can you please check it . I know doctor that I am pestering you but it would be a great relief for me with your expert advice . Also I feel the left side the lower lip upper part where the lip covers with the lower lip ( the part which is not visible when we close our mouth that part left side feels weird ( sometimes dry sometimes like raw skin ) I am so scared and stressed Doctor . Since Tuesday night I am having these weird symptoms in the left side lower lip. Yesterday night after my usual routine of salt water gargling and sebamed lip balm my lip started having this hot flushes like. Then I noticed this rash like redness in either side did the corner of the lips. So I applied hydrocortisone cream for three hours and then I wiped it off this early morning . But immediately after that there was this small red rash in the left side vermillion border. Why is this happening
1) the pics that I have attached comes in order of since the hot flushes, then I appl Ed hydrocortisone cream, then after wiping and now.
2) I am so scared of herpes doctor . How many days should I watch out for. I am so stressed out but I cannot help myself from panicking.
3) also the inner corner of the left side slower lips feels very dry and when applying lip balm since w shave to rub against the skin it hurts.

The area that I am mentioning to you feels more like a cut or some dry wrinkly place and when you strtch that place it feels weird . I am attaching pics where you could see the line . Also can you please check the corner vermillion border of ten left side lower lip . Because when again I stretch that side for smiling or for taking photo the skin just below the border almost on the border burns and this place when hydrocortisone cream is applied also hurts . I will attach a photo of yesterday night in which you could see a red rash like line that case after hydrocortisone cream was applied and removed , then the redness faded . I am scared and confused why all this problem .

If you are not getting benefit from application of hydrocortisone I would recommend you to apply a potent topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.
