Question: I have a horseshoe shaped rash on my breast. I have it for months. Sometime it itches; other times not. I've been using cortisone cream but it's not going away. what could it be?

Its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.Still from the description you have given it seems you might have got a fungal infection called tinea corporis.
