Brief Answer:
You may give Syr. Relent along

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Your child is likely to be suffering from a respiratory tract infection of bacterial origin as exhibited by the purulent rhinitis. The medicines that you are giving are proper and please continue them for 5 days. I would insist adding Syrup Relent (cetirizine + ambroxol) 5 ml twice daily for few days along with the present medicines.

It is unlikely that the child would be able to gurgle, but if she can, I would insist gurgling with lukewarm water. That would help in relieving the soreness of her throat which is causing the change in her voice. I would also insist that you give her steam inhalation. Just sit with her in your lap and place the source of steam before you. The water vapour would be in the air and automatically the child will breathe it in. It will reach deep into the nasal sinuses and help in relieving the rhinitis.

I hope that with the above steps and medications she would soon be fine. Wishing for a quick recovery.

Brief Answer:
A to Z syrup can be given

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

I do not think that multivitamins are required unless there are definite signs of vitamin deficiency. Still, in case you want to give, Syrup A to Z is a good multivitamin brand.

Hoping for a quick recovery.
