Question: I have hip pain especially in the mourning and when I am inactive or do heavy lifting. How can I medicate?

The hip pain specially after inactivity that you have is likely to be due to osteoarthritis. In addition to advil and glucosamine that you are taking you need to start with calcium and vitamin D3 supplements regularly. Regular physiotherapy and hip exercises will also help in reducing these pains and stiffness.
