Brief Answer:
You have been prescribed right medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your history and reports in detail.
You are suffering from diabetes mellitus, hypertriglyceridemia and microalbuminuria. Hypertriglyceridemia and microalbuminuria are related to diabetes mellitus in your case.

You have been prescribed absolutely right medicines.
Microalbuminuria will improve with anti-diabetic drugs (Gluconorm) and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors (Cardace). Microalbuminuria is due to diabetes mellitus.

You shouldn't be so worried. Your condition is easily manageable and you should take medicines regularly.

You also need regular follow up tests so that any progression in disease can be intervened at appropriate time.

Besides this you also need life style modification and diet changes.
You should reduce your weight also if you are overweight.
You should avoid red meat, high fat milk products.
Cook food in olive or canola oil.
You should take limited salt in your diet.Avoid fried and junk food.Avoid alcohol & smoking if you take these things.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables. You should also increase your physical activity in the form of walking and exercise.
You can also do meditation and yoga. It will help you a lot.
Don't take stress in life.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Hello XXXXXX
Thanks for writing back

Microalbuminuria is related to diabetes mellitus. It will certainly improve with anti-diabetic drugs and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors.
Ultrasonography of abdomen with complete Renal function test should be done.

Microalbumin urine test can be done in a sample of urine collected randomly (usually after the first time you urinate in the morning),a sample collected over a 24-hour period or a sample collected over a specific period of time such as 4 hours or overnight.

For cardiac status you can go for ECHO and Tread mill test(TMT).

Low sperm count can be due to many reasons and you are getting right medicines.Besides medicines you can do few general measures like in diet you can take banana, pomegranate, raw garlic, walnut etc.
You should take vitamin C rich food.

Avoid tight fitting undergarments and pants or shorts.Make sure your testes aren't overheated,so stay out of hot tubs and don't keep overheated laptops your lap for prolonged periods.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
