Brief Answer:
Arrhythmias and coronary artery disease should be excluded

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

In case of your symptoms arrhythmias and coronary artery disease should be excluded.
It is a very good idea to wear heart monitor on a long run, it can detect arrhythmias, so you should follow your doctor's recommendation.

If you were my patient I would perform also stress echocardiography to exclude coronary artery disease, as it can cause such symptoms as well. And if it doesn't diagnosed and left untreated it can lead to dangerous complications.
If stress echocardiography is not available in your hospital, nuclear stress test is also an option.
Treadmill test is also a good test but it has lower specificity, so I would go for one of above mentioned tests.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you a good health
