Brief Answer:
Enteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like you are suffering from food poisoning. Here is how you should go about it

1. It is a bad idea to take Loperamide as it can only worsen the situation.
2. I would recommend Tab Racecodotril three times a day instead of Loperamide to reduce loose stools
3. Since you have fever I would like you to start antibiotics, the best antibiotic would be a combination like ciporflox with tinidiazole, taken twice daily for 5 days
4. Avoid milk and milk products
5. Keep yourself well hydrated. Use ORS powder ( to be dissolved in 1 litre of water and taken sip by sip) if you are feeling week
6. Tab Sporolac is a pro biotic, it can be taken three times a day for 7 days to replenish bad bacteria with good bacteria.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
