Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Cough for two weeks with yellowish sputum and fever of 102 degree need to be evaluated for respiratory tract infection and x rays of chest and sputum for analysis should be taken. Also prescription of antibiotics is needed here, consult your physician and let them assess and prescribe an antibiotic which you can take with above mentioned supportive remedies. Warm comforting beverages, green tea mixed with honey, salt water gargles will help the cough.

Nutshell, it needs work up for respiratory tract infection and then managed accordingly by your physician. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
