Suggest treatment for high blood sugar levels

Question: my blood sugar level 1hr 45 min after meal is 270. i am on medications for diabetes, is sugar level dangerously high. what should i do?

Noted your concern. Your blood sugar level is certainly high,,but not dangerous. What is your HBAIC value?
You may need to reduce carbohydrate intake and may need modification of medications. Regular exercise is a must.
