Brief Answer:
Get urine analysis and see spine surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Get urine routine analysis done and see if infections has resolved or is there recurrence. This is indicated if you still have urine related symptoms. If at all needed urine culture can be undertaken.

For spine issues keep follow up with spine surgeon and physiotherapist who can advise you about precautions and exercises to be done. Also they will help you about neuropathy.

For COPD see a chest physician with all your previous records.Doctor would keep you on some maintenance medications.

Hope this helps answer your queries. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
