Question: Hi I have had thyroid blood work and tsh come back 23.6 t4 and t3 were normal I no longer have a thyroid so this concerns me a little what is your advice

However, my advice for you is to repeat the TSH levels after 6 weeks. A rigorous follow-up of your thyroid condition with the thyroid tests is very important to ensure you're on the right dosage of levothyroxine.
