I would explain as follows :

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Welcome on HCM!

First, I would like to assure that, what you have experienced after staying four hours under the sun, is not a classical heat stroke.

Instead, it is just a slightly exaggerated reaxtion from prolonged exposes to UV radiation, which frequetly leads to patchy skin redness, release of histamine and dopamine, increased blood pressure, headache, etc.

But, it has not been so strong and prolonged to produce important hemodynamic and dangerous consequences, or fluid losses.

So relax and don't worry too much about this issue!

Comming to this point, I recommend you to be more careful when planning to get out in the sun.

You should expose large skin areas only intermittently and no longer than 20 min a time; use large hat, protection cream, and take plenty of fluids under such circumstances.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further uncertainties, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
