Brief Answer:
He needs to be treated for his high BP.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am,
Hi & Good evening!

I appreciate your concern for your beloved son.

His BP is found to be high which needs to be measured again and if it is found high it should be treated accordingly.
He is slightly overweight.

Normal BMI : 18.5 to 25 Kg/m2
His BMI: 28 Kg/m2 of body weight hence overweight.
His ideal weight should be below 74 Kg.

Beside, he must undergo certain lab tests like Blood glucose, blood urea, serum creatinine, urine analysis, ECG, etc.

Can you please provide the following details:

1. For how long his BP is found to be high?
2. How was his BP measured and by whom?
3. Is there any family member suffering from high BP and diabetes, etc.

Looking forward to receive the above requested information.
Regards.
