measured three time

telgaurd -H ....past two month I face the same problem. One table daily for five day & pressure become normal.

A blood pressure of 140 / 90 is acceptable . 160 on the upper side and 100-120 on the lower side is quite high .

But you mentioned that you are taking tablets only 5 days, that is not right even if the Blood pressure comes to normal medications has to be continued daily .

I advise you start taking same medicine every day without skipping even a single day and even then if it is high revert back to me and I shall adjust your medication dosage.
