Brief Answer:
Show her to a physician

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

If even on BP medications her BP is above 190 then you show show her to a physician as early as possible. As high bp can cause haemorrhage in the brain, which will be very bad for her health.

Also an ECG will be needed to analyse the condition of her heart.

Hope i have been helpful.

Regards,
Dr. Deepika Patil
