I need to ask you few questions:
Do you have itching, burning or any other symptoms in the perianal region?
Have you used or applied any medicines on the affected area?
Do you have constipation?
Kindly revert with the answers.

Brief Answer:
Redness doesn't seem to be cyst or haemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints I don't think the redness is due to haemorrhoid or cyst under the skin.
Redness can be due to related to the inflammation around the blackheads.

Brief Answer:
Cortisone cream, benzoyl peroxide gel

Detailed Answer:
You can apply cortisone cream on the red areas twice daily for 10-14 days.
This should improve the redness.
On the blackheads you can use benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel twice daily but I am not sure that whether it will be available as over the counter medicine in your country.
