Brief Answer:
No new medication for this type of migraine.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the symptoms you are experiencing.

Hemiplegic migraine is a special variation of migraine. For classic migraine attacks there are effective drugs like triptans and ergotamine derivatives. Unfortunately for hemiplegic migraine the use of these drugs is contraindicated because they constrict blood vessels and there is fear of causing a stroke.
So we are still a little limited in the drug use, what are used are non steroid antiinflammatory drugs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen etc) and if those are not effectife antiemetics (metoclopramide, prochlorperazine) or opiates.

If attacks become frequent we can discuss preventive treatment, but this doesn't seem to be your case.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
