Brief Answer:
You can easily solve the heat rashes like this.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I'm Dr. Neel Kudchadkar, and I'll help you with your query right now.

I can understand the problems that you are facing due to the weather in XXXXXXX Regardless of the air conditioning, due to a tropical climate
and proximity to the sea, and XXXXXXX being a "horizontal" city; all these
facts have contributed to your son developing "milaria" (not "malaria").

The fact is that the facial skin of kids at this age (4.5 years old) is
sensitive. The very same glands (reservoirs) of sebum (natural moisturizers)
that keep the face of kids smooth and supple get "overworked" and the result
is heat rashes on the face, in particular.

1. I would advise you to gently use "calamine" lotion, kindly apply this.
2. Please do not use any cream or ointment that contains "HYDROCORTISONE".
3. Kindly do not use any soaps (during) bathing on the affected part FOR THE
TIME BEING.
4. PLEASE APPLY A MOIST TISSUE PAPER ON HIS FACE FOR WIPING, AND LET THE MOISTURE EVAPORATE (DRY) BY ITSELF.

I am confident that the rash(es) will settle down in a short time.

Please feel free to contact me as regards your son's (rashes) progress.

Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Brief Answer:
The best, most practical solution for your child's issue.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Let's be practical.

Derma Dew lotion and soap are great products, no doubt, and cost effective too.
I would politely communicate with you that these products deliver their promise :: to us adults.

The skin of your child is fresh and developing. Our skin (when it goes wrong) is
different because of "keratinization", These are shed skin cells piled over each
other like concrete bricks and sandbags about to be utilized in building a house.

The fact is that the ingredients in Derma products will help you and me because it will "knock off" these "used dried skin cells". Thus "our" skin will "glow".

1. The best way is to use the most powerful solvent in the world - fresh water on the child's skin.

2. Let it evaporate (dry up) on it's own.

3. This will take less than 4 minutes.

4. Please do it as long as the rash vanishes.

5. Once this occurs, then feel free to use the best baby soaps available!

It's as simple as that.

Kindly ask any questions or doubts that arise in your mind if neccessary.

Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar.

Note: Himalaya Baby wipes are medicated. Thus we might not wish to use them. Let us be on the safe side, and use normal tissue paper gently instead.
