Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

This episode of heart burn and dyspepsia seems to be due to acid peptic disease with regurgitation.
You may be having gastric or duodenal ulcers too.
You should avoid taking excessive tea, coffee.
Avoid lying down soon after taking meals.
Avoid spicy foods.
Proton pump inhibitors can be taken for relief.
Get examined by a doctor for any associated disorder.
Get ecg done for cardiac evaluation.
