Question: I have a murmur that was grade 1 in 2013 - was told only to follow up if I became symptomatic. now it's closer to a grade 3, in late December I started noticing I was hearing my heartbeat and murmur in my L ear. It is very loud at times especially when I lay down at night, it is very distracting, but is it serious ?
