Brief Answer:
Advised to take motilium, buscopan or papaverin...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and can say that you cannot get rid of heartburn very quickly. It takes time and work, some o the advise I give here will work to that end.

You are reporting to be using Protonix, but, unfortunately, you are not giving the dosage. Anyway, I advise to use 80 mg/daily.

You are also reporting to be using Tums, I advise to use it after having your large meals.

Foods and drinks you consume daily can also aggravate your heartburn, so, I highly recommend to avoid:
- citrus
- fried
- oily
- chilly/spicy
- caffeinated

foods/drinks.

If you are also having regular periods, heartburn can be aggravated due to hormonal changes especially a few days before your periods come.

I advise to take motilium and buscopan or papaverin for the pain. These are prescription meds, so discuss them with your prescribing doctor.

Hope it helped!

Yes , Bactrim has side effects like stomach pain, heart burn etc,,,

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you providing more of your medical data.
Yes Bactrim is associated with rare effects like stomach pain, heart burning , nausea and vomiting.
I strongly suggest to continue omeprazole.

You can discuss with your physician to change the treatment for UTI.

If you have other concerns i would be glad to assist you further.
