Brief Answer:
Tumor cant be diagnosed on symptoms or clinical signs alone

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, one should not jump towards a sinister diagnosis such as brain tumor. Moreover, its not possible to ascertain such a diagnosis without any imaging investigation such as an MRI with contrast. Hopefully, you will be fine. As you have no seizure, fainting or vision/speech symptoms, this makes it more likely not to be a tumor or brain lesion. Frontal and maxillary sinusitis can also give rise to similar symptoms. PNS x ray or CT scan can be advised, if your doctor needs confirmation. Antibiotics, decongestants, steam inhalation and antihistamines can be started in consult with your doctor. If the headache has been occurring chronically and this is not the first instance then assessment for migraine headache should also be done. If the headache persists or there are signs and symptoms of raised intracranial pressure such as papilledema, vomiting then brain imaging should be considered. Your GP can advise the initial treatment. If the problem persists then he may refer you to a neurologist or ENT doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
