Brief Answer:
This may be due to some infection, proper investigation is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for asking on this platform,

Low grade fever with headache, nausea and stomach ache can be due to infection. I would like to get few blood tests like complete blood count, C-Reactive Protein (to detect infection in blood) and urine routine microscopy examination (for urinary infection) done.

Meanwhile, you may continue Tylenol, it works both in fever and headache. In infection associated gastritis may cause nausea and stomach ache which can be controlled with acid reducing agent like Ranitidine.

Please consult a pediatrician for proper clinical evaluation, investigation and treatment accordingly.

Hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubt.
Wishing your son a good health.

Regards
