Brief Answer:
Most likely viral URTI.

Detailed Answer:

Thank you for your query.

1. These symptoms are common and suggest a viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).

2. 5 ml of Febrex 250 syrup is not sufficient for her age. Use 7.5 to 10 ml 6 hourly.

3. If the fever persists, get a hemogram and tests to rule out dengue, malaria, chikungunya especially if there have been cases in the neighborhood.

4. Consult a pediatrician who can examine her and check her weight and decide the appropriate dose, use of antibiotics, anti-allergic (such as cetirizine) and cough medication (such as Ascoril Cough & Flu)

I hope that I have answered your queries. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
