Question: I have headache already 3 days in the row, temple areas. This morning had and still having now, noticeble some kind of movement in my left ear. Feels like pieces of something moving when I shake my head. Ear does not hurt thou. Just measured blood pressure 120/80

Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Temporal headache at your age is likely to be due to temporal arteritis/Giant-cell arteritis. It is more common in women.
You need physical examination. Usually palpation of the head reveals prominent temporal arteries with or without pulsation.The temporal area may be tender.
You can go for ESR(fasting),C-reactive protein.
Pending diagnosis,you may take paracetamol or aspirin with antacids to get relief of pain.
