Thanks for your query

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Short term goals should be relieving of headache. She can take ibuprofen or paracetamol for relief of headache. To investigate further she needs MRI of brain and cervical spine. As long term goals she should aim at recovery of strength of her paralysed muscles by physical therapy and excercises. Mecobalamine, vitamin B and C help in recovery. She can consult neurologist for further evaluation of her.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
