Brief Answer:
Vascular Headache.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
The Headache you are experiencing is Vascular Headache.
It most commonly occurs as a result of Migraine.
Vertin and Stugeron are anti vertigo drugs and are not going to help in your case.
I would advice you to get your blood pressure and fundus of eye examined.
In case that is all normal , it is probably Migraine.
The recommended treatment would include Flunarizine, Propanolol.
In case of Acute pain Naproxen can be taken.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
BP is fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi your BP is fine. This much BP won't cause you any Headache.
CT or MRI are indicated in cases where the pain is of severe and new in onset and in cases where the pain is associated with some neurological issues.
Get a fundus examination if that is normal yoh would be given short term treatment with the medicines as discussed.
