Suggest Treatment For Headache, Head Pressure, Tinnitus And Neck Pain

Question: For the past 8 months I've had headaches, head pressure, tinnitus and neck pain. MRI's from April 2015 and a second MRI from September 2015 show left mastoid inflammatory change and left sphenoid mucosal thickening. Could this be causing my symptoms? Also could an infection have spread?

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history & MRI report , it appears that you are most probably having sinusitis with left mastoiditis .
In my opinion , sinusitis & left mastoiditis is cause for your symtoms .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray or rinse thrice daily ,
Paracetamol for headache with neck pain &
Antihistaminic tab like Tab Claritin at night .

You will get relief .

Investigation like CT Scan Nose with Sinuses needed to know spread of infection in sinuses .
