By your symptoms, possibility of calcium deficiency, anemia, vitamin b12 deficiency or arthritis is more.
So better to get done serum calcium level, hemoglobin estimation, vitamin b12 level and serum RA and ANA level to rule out all these conditions.

So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
