Hello
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Possibly you have a some acidity and vascular headache or mild migraine which possibly causes headache and nausea.
Do not worry.
Try following things which will help both
Eat on time
Go for a regular walk
Ensure adequate sleep for 8hrs
Can take paracetamol 650mg for headaches
Exercise if possible
Avoid caffeine
Avoid stress as much as possible
Continue antacid that you are taking as before.
All this will help you in long run
Unlikely nausea related to monteleukast L.
Hope this answers your questions
Wish you a speedy recovery
Happy to help

Well over all there is paucity of data on the anti allergic you are taking in breastfeeding but usually there are no adverse effect reported too.
So if it's really necessary can consider continuing it after consulting your physician.
Worthwhile getting some basic tests like cbc Sgpt creatinine done.
Also can take mild over the counter antacid like pantocid once a day and see how you feel.
Worthwhile seeing a neurologist too for headaches.
Wish you a speedy recovery
