Question: I have a headache and feel dizzy. In the last 4 weeks I had regiratation twice. I just heaved once and then it stopped
3 weeks ago I was hiking down hill in the Caribbean on a very hot and humid day and I lost my balance several times and fell backward. This has not happened since then.

Yesterday I walked 2 miles in 30 minutes and felt fine.

I use nasacort for sinus.
Right now I have a headache and just feel like lying down which I am.

Brief Answer:
Causes could be many

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It might be useful to add some more details on the characteristics of the headache such as the location, character (pulsating, pressure like etc), other symptoms like nausea or vomiting, nasal congestion or discharge, eye redness, vision problems, neck pain or stiffness, fever, weakness or numbness in the limbs, etc.

Since the episode in the Caribbean was related to physical activity and heat it probably was due to low blood pressure from dehydration. Since you felt well yesterday even after having physical activity probably the current symptoms aren't related.

Headache and dizziness are not very specific symptoms, meaning they could be related to many different causes. One common cause may be high blood pressure so if you haven't measured it yet I suggest you do.
Another possible cause might be neck arthritis which may cause pain irradiating in the back of the head and dizziness due to compression of upper cervical nerves which carry information necessary for balance hence dizziness.
Another common cause are infections, sinusitis may be such an infection, a viral infection such as influenza may present with headache and dizziness as well.

I listed some of the most common causes but as I said the list could be much longer, perhaps the info I requested above might serve to narrow them down.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
