Brief Answer:
Get examined again by a ophthalmologist or neurosurgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The treatment till now is according to diagnosis and need of condition.
Topiramate is associated with tingling in limbs with angle closure glaucoma.
Other possibility may be infection.
You need to get examined by neurosurgeon and ophthalmologist.
If needed brain imaging and csf examination can be done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

WOULD I SURVIVE SURGERY?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Neeraj Kumar (13 hours later)
Brief Answer:
need to discuss with your treating doctor and neurosurgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The decision of surgery will only be taken after evaluating and calculating the risk-benefit ratio.
Surgery may be helpful in your disease if medications are not sufficient.

In view of dependence on oxygen and lung disease surgical risk is high. However, it's finally depending upon the treating doctor and neurosurgeon, so please discuss this with them.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
