Suggest Treatment For Hard White Bumps At The Frenulum After Treating Flaky Dry Cuts On The Shaft With Miconazole.

Question: I have been dealing with something with my penis for awhile now and would appreciate your opinion. I am circumcised. At first it was an occasional small, white pimple-like bump below the glans, right where the shaft meets the glans. This would show up, go away, then another would appear. Following that I developed dry red skin from below the glans to about inch down the shaft. It was very dry, would flake, crack and develop little cuts. I began treating it with lotion and trying to keep it moisturized. Then I read online somewhere that using the miconazole cream from a woman's yeast infection over the counter remedy could help. It did. The redness really calmed down, and the dryness is mostly gone...looks almost normal except now, what is there is a few hardened, white bumps near the frenulum at that spot where the original white bumps appeared. I thought it might be warts, but they don't look like any warts I've see online. Sometimes they look like they are almost going away, and then they look like they are coming back...but never quite gone. What can this be?

Brief Answer:
Inspissated secretions or smegma

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area.
Perhaps, it is just inspissated secretions / smegma. I suggest you to try and gently remove it with a soft wet towel and lukewarm water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I uploaded a picture of the area. As I said they can change from day to day. There have been times when they are almost gone, and then times like in the photo. The photo looks a little soft and moist because of the miconazole cream on it, but it usually is dry.

Brief Answer:
More images required

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thank you. I have viewed the images. To me it seems that they could be genital warts, however, this image is a bit blurred. I request you to kindly upload a few more good quality images in good lighting without camera flash of the affected area which should be clean, dry and without any cream for me to make a better assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
